We keep cookie usage as lean as possible. We use no advertising, no third-party analytics and no cross-site tracking. Only the cookies needed to sign you in are set without asking. The one optional item — a masked session replay used to diagnose faults — never starts unless you accept it, and you can withdraw at any time from “Cookie preferences” in the footer.

Lyrebird Hosting uses cookies solely to operate the core functionality of our service. We do not use cookies for:
Set by Supabase Auth to identify you and keep you signed in across page loads and browser restarts. These persist for up to 400 days, or until you sign out or clear your browser data. Signing out removes them. The service cannot work without them.
Stores your answer to the cookie banner in your browser's local storage — not a cookie, and never sent to our servers — so we do not ask again on every visit. Clearing your browser data removes it and the banner reappears.
If you accept, a masked replay of your session is recorded when something goes wrong, so we can see what broke. All text is masked and media is blocked, so form contents and passwords are not captured. It never starts unless you accept, and you can withdraw at any time from "Cookie preferences" in the footer.
Crash and error reports are sent to Sentry whether or not you accept the optional replay. These carry no recording and no cookie, and we rely on them to keep the service working and secure.
You can control and manage cookies in several ways:

When you proceed to checkout, you will be redirected to Stripe's secure payment page. Stripe may set their own cookies on their domain to prevent fraud and process your payment. These are governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
We do not have access to or control over these third-party cookies, and they are not set on our domain (lyrebirdhosting.com).
