By accessing or using Lyrebird Hosting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years of age to use Lyrebird Hosting services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Lyrebird Hosting provides Minecraft server hosting through automated provisioning on shared infrastructure. Our platform enables you to deploy, manage, and control Minecraft game servers via a web-based control panel powered by Pterodactyl.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes in advance.

When you create an account with Lyrebird Hosting, you agree to:

• ✓Keep your login credentials secure and confidential at all times
• ✓Accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
• ✓Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• ✓Not share your account with any other person
• ✓Not resell or sublicense Lyrebird Hosting services without our written consent

• ✓All plans are billed monthly in advance on your subscription start date.
• ✓Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
• ✓All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change with 30 days' advance notice.
• ✓Failed payments will result in server suspension after a 3-day grace period. Servers suspended for non-payment may be permanently deleted after 14 days.

• ✓We offer a 24-hour money-back guarantee for first-time purchases on any plan.
• ✓Refund requests made after 24 hours are evaluated at our sole discretion.
• ✓Refunds are not available for accounts that have violated these Terms of Service.
• ✓To request a refund, contact our support team with your order details.

You may only use Lyrebird Hosting services for lawful Minecraft server hosting. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• ✕Launching DDoS attacks or engaging in any form of network abuse
• ✕Cryptocurrency mining or other computationally abusive processes
• ✕Storing, distributing, or transmitting illegal content of any kind
• ✕Spamming, phishing, or sending unsolicited communications
• ✕Any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international laws
• ✕Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract our source code

Violations of this policy will result in immediate account termination without refund.

We target a 99.9% monthly uptime for all hosted servers. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

• ✓Scheduled maintenance will be announced at least 24 hours in advance via our status page and email.
• ✓Emergency maintenance may occur without advance notice when necessary to protect platform security.
• ✓We are not liable for losses, damages, or inconveniences caused by unplanned downtime.

Daily automated backups are provided as a courtesy feature, not a guaranteed service.

• ✓You are ultimately responsible for maintaining your own backups of critical server data.
• ✓We strongly recommend downloading copies of your world files regularly.
• ✓Lyrebird Hosting is not liable for any data loss, whether caused by hardware failure, software errors, or user actions.

• ✓You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing section of your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• ✓We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service, with or without notice.
• ✓Upon termination for any reason, all server data will be permanently deleted within 24 hours.
• ✓We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lyrebird Hosting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use our services.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or our services is limited to the total amount you paid to Lyrebird Hosting in the 30 days immediately preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the “last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email.

Your continued use of Lyrebird Hosting services after any changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
