The name you choose at sign-up — shown on your dashboard, to anyone you invite to a server, and in our emails to you

The date you accepted these terms, the version you accepted, your confirmation that you meet the minimum age, and — if you are under 18 — that a parent or guardian agreed on your behalf
Payment information
Processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details
Server usage data
CPU, RAM, and disk usage for billing and performance monitoring
IP addresses
Collected for security purposes and DDoS protection

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
We do not serve advertising, use third-party advertising or analytics trackers, or sell your data to anyone. We do score accounts for churn risk and send retention email, as described above — that processing relies on our legitimate interest in keeping customers, and you can object to it or switch the mail off at any time.

Account data, authentication, and profile information
Minecraft server files, world data, and plugin configurations
Payment information, invoices, and billing history

Lyrebird Hosting is not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. Between 16 and 18 an account may only be opened with a parent or guardian's agreement, which is recorded with the rest of the consent record and included in your data export.
If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a child under 16, please contact us immediately at privacy@lyrebirdhosting.com and we will delete the information promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law.
For significant changes, we will notify you by email at the address associated with your account before the changes take effect. Your continued use of Lyrebird Hosting after such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
